I totally agree with this type of framework — I have a similar “yearly plan”, split into big 4 goals, broken down quarterly and monthly, and tracked weekly and daily. It was pretty revolutionary for me as well, but I can definitely say it works — that is, an implementable PLAN.
I could use the “skills” thing you mention, maybe I’ll look into how I can add it to mine — sounds pretty awesome. I was just thinking that maybe, in time, the 100 things list might change. I remember I did a similar list (but like a bucket list) a few years ago, and now when I look at it, I don’t want to do some things from there… so leaving room for flexibility is also a good idea. :) Thank you for this!
